Wonderful loft in downtown Bradenton! Positive: Very Easy Process. Unit is right downtown and easy walk to restaurants, yet quiet in the unit. Parking and check in were easy as well. The unit was well appointed and clean. No view from unit but had a nice big window for air flow and everything you could need! Negative: More view or an outdoor space but I knew that before booking this unit did not have those things. Great place to stay!

Positive: Excellent location and much better price than at the Springhill Suites, Courtyard Marriott, or Hampton Inn. The room is massive, and having the free washer and dryer is great. Negative: Avoid the Belvedere Suite on Friday and Saturday nights if you like to go to sleep before 2:00 am: the pounding bass from the Paddywagon next door will keep you up. (The other suites are far enough away for this to be an issue.) A few minor additions would help: a lamp on each side of the bed rather than on only one; a hair dryer and more than one towel hook in the bathroom; and a table lamp on the table in the foyer so one guest can work while the other sleeps.

It was great it was more of a landing spot for us as we are on vacation. We tried to keep and leave it the way we found Positive: Cozy and private

Positive: Comfy bed, nice shower, good location. Negative: Not a real kitchen. No burners. No utensils nor bowls, nor plates. Empty cabinets. Terrible lighting-- crazy bright overheads and one very dim bedside lamp. Bathroom lacks hand towels and there's only one hook to hang bath towels.

A+ stay; would return if in area again. Great location. Positive: Location was ideal, near shops, restaurants and riverwalk. Also, convenient free parking. Negative: There’s a fridge, but no plates, utensils, paper towels or other basics if you wanted to have a quick snack or leftovers.
