Disappointment! Positive: The room was clean. It is close to the pier where you can take a ferry to Anna Maria. Negative: There is not much around the location outside of businesses which were all closed on a Friday at 5 except a bar. The property description states no parking, but in the question/answer section they say they have spots for their customers. The information about parking being first come first serve is sent to you the night before, so you won't be able to cancel. They fail to tell you that parking around the building is permit only, 2-hour street parking, $5/hr parking, or a parking garage over a block away. None of these were viable options as I am living on a teacher's salary and a single mom traveling with my preteen daughter. I arrived at the property and drove around over 30 minutes waiting for a response from the property owners. No response came until hours later at which point I had already driven back home. BEWARE if you have asthma/allergies because upon arrival my daughter and I were overcome with very strong cleaning solution smell. It smelled as though the room had been covered corner to corner in febreeze. The sheets smelled of it. There was no way to ventilate the room. Being that my daughter and I are both asthmatic we had to leave. Such a disappointment as a teacher and single mom. This was our vacation for the summer, and it was ruined. Also, the property owners would not offer a refund because it was their busy weekend.

All in all, loved the place & my stay. Very beautiful place! Positive: Cleanliness, surrounded by many bars within walking distance, beautiful decor. Negative: They’re 4 slots reserved for those in the building, but sometimes that parking lot is full & those spots are taken. I ended up parking in one of the parking spaces for the bar but slept weird hoping my car wouldn’t get towed.

great location clean rooms great hosts great value for the money easy access to all Positive: the code did not work at first and they had to reset it, I was able to get a ahold of someone uquickly and we got in, the hosts are super hands on with the property, the rooms are brand new , were very clean and spacious , you could fit 4 people in the room. We had a positive experience overall. Anna Maria Island 20 minutes away, Sarasota 40 min away. People in town were super nice Negative: the ac made noise, during our first night but luckily they were gracious enough to change us rooms, amazing service received .

Positive: Wunderschöne Unterkunft, stilvoll und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Waschmaschine und trockner top! Es gab sogar 2 Wäsche pods von ariel. Pier in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben dort sogar Delfine gesehen. Zimmer ist super sauber. Negative: Nichts

It was very nice. I would stay there again. Positive: The property was very clean, up-to-date stylish Negative: The TV, it is a smart TV and there were no instructions how to watch the local stations. I am not an individual. It does a lot of streaming so I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t watch the shows that I typically watch.
