Welcome to Downtown Bradenton, Modern Grand Suite

This was the perfect location to enjoy the Anna Maria island and Bradenton area. Loved Orange Blossom Cafe for breakfast and Oak and Stone for dinner with the view! The ferry was so close by on Riverwalk and it was the perfect way to get to and from the island for a very inexpensive price. Our accommodations were so perfect. Our host was wonderful with communication and so easy to get into our apartment on check-in day. would highly recommend this property!

This is a great place. Clean, convenient, stylish, comfy bed, soft towels and a great location. The only glitch was lack of a hairdryer. The unit is supposed to supply one, I think? The person I contacted for issues was very responsive and communication was quick but the issue wasn’t resolved. Having no hair dryer threw a wrench in the day’s plans because waiting for my hair to air dry made us late for a family event.

Helpful and attentive host. Lots of cute restaurants and the riverwalk nearby, but surprisingly quiet and tranquil inside the dwelling. Modern, pristine, and spacious accommodation with upscale decor (beautiful tile work and fixtures). The linens were soft, new and fluffy and the furniture was solid and well made.

Positive: The room was really nice and the location downtown was perfect for restaurants, getting to LECOM Park and the riverwalk. The self service "check-in" and being able to come and go without worrying about keys or a key card. Negative: The bars outside the location are very loud until about 2am. The mini split duct system makes a loud vibrating noise the entire time it is running. Minor annoyances, but doesn't affect how great of a stay this place is!

Great accomodations! Loved the location. There is great places to eat and explore, just minuets away walking. The room was very nice. I will definitely look to stay there again when we come back.
