Welcome to Downtown Bradenton, Modern Grand Suite

Very modern and beautiful place but beware of parking! Positive: The location is very nice! It's in the middle of downtown so there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was modern, new, and clean, and the host was very responsive. Negative: Parking could have been better. Sometimes patrons enjoying the bars would park in my spot. Since there was not a lot of parking in the lot there were times I had to park on the street.

Truly the best overall room and host experience in over 30 years of travel! Positive: The accommodations were superb. Over the top clean, large walk-in shower was nice and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. One block from main throughfare allowing for easy access to and from. Host was excellent in communication via text and phone. We had a personal issue regarding travel and host went above and beyond to assist us, making our experience five star. This will be the first place I look to book again when my travels take me to the Bradenton area. Don M. Negative: Everything was truly perfect!

Perfect relaxing quiet place to enjoy all of downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk! Positive: The room is brand new and amazing. Huge comfy bed. Huge relaxing shower. Perfect place to relax. Right near many restaurants and a few steps away from the main street of downtown Bradenton. Riverwalk is nearby for a casual stroll by a marina with many yachts. 5 stars. Negative: nothing
